Originally from British Columbia, Canada, I grew up leading an active life. Involved in sports and working jobs that kept me on my feet. In 2011, I met my wonderful husband, Athan, and we started our family in 2015. I quickly became a mother of 4 in 4 short years, and as you can imagine, my lifestyle became increasingly sedentary with each new addition.
As a mother of 4, I have firsthand experience with how life can become incredibly hectic, making it a challenge to prioritize self-care. I've also come to realize just how crucial self-care is because you can't give your best when your own cup is empty.
It wasn't until a year after having my fourth child that I decided to make a serious commitment to myself. I enlisted the help of an online coach named Mel Cech, who has since become both a mentor and a friend. With her guidance, I transformed my relationship with food and exercise. I made a personal pledge to exercise daily and monitor my nutrition. It's important to note that my progress was not linear! In fact, it was often frustratingly slow, but I never wavered from that commitment. It was during this journey that I discovered a deep passion for weightlifting and nutrition.
The personal growth I've experienced and the knowledge I've gained along the way have been extraordinary. My greatest desire is to help others step out of their comfort zones and realize their own potential. I'm now dedicated to assisting people in achieving their health and wellness goals. I take a holistic approach to my work, tailoring my guidance to meet each client's unique needs, combining empathy with practical expertise.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Advanced Nutrition, Women’s Sexual Health, and Dietary Supplements.
